THE CUBBY BEAR Case Study
Goal
To increase sales of Cubby Bear private label Root Beer.
Message
“We sell individual bottles and 6-packs of our famous ROOT BEER – bring the taste of the Cubby Bear home!” The ad for The Cubby Bear Root Beer played at the venue six times per hour. No other media was utilized.
Results
45% volume increase in root beer sales. Pricing discounts were not utilized during promotional period. Results were tracked on Cubby Bear’s point-of-sale system, with sales measured twelve days prior to the ad and during the 12 days of the promotion. Actual sales were 141 bottles in 12 days before the ad, and 205 bottles during the advertised period.
